What are the stages of a master class on making rolls?

A master class on making rolls and sushi consists of several stages that you can put into practice when cooking at home.

• Introduction. At this stage, the instructor tells you about what will happen in the workshop.
• Preparation of ingredients. Guests learn how to properly prepare ingredients for sushi, work with rice, fish, vegetables, seafood and sauces.
• Rice cooking. Rice for sushi is prepared in a special way, and during the master class, instructors pay special attention to this.
• Formation of the filling. At this stage, the combination of ingredients is studied to create unique flavors and textures.
• Rolling rolls. This is the most interesting stage where participants learn how to wrap rolls correctly so that they have a beautiful shape and hold tightly.
